Saxlingham Hall Nursing Home Ltd, founded by Alan and Jane Bird, is committed towards maintaining care homes that provide exceptionally high standards of care and accommodation, which particularly recognises and values the contribution of a strong team of experienced registered nurses and care assistants to ensure these standards are sustained.
Alan Bird has owned Saxlingham Hall Nursing Home since 1980 and in August 2005 he acquired Walcot Hall Nursing Home in Diss. He is supported in the management of both homes by co-directors, Sue Doherty and Theresa Parfitt, who are experienced nurses and have a long history of working with Alan at Saxlingham Hall.
